We're here to turn your architectural vision into something real. Whether you've got sketches on napkins or detailed plans, we'd love to hear what you're thinking.
Honestly, the best projects start with a good conversation. Tell us what's on your mind - no question's too small or idea too wild.

We're usually pretty flexible - if our regular hours don't work for you, just ask. We can often make something happen.
Every studio has a story - here's ours, told through the moments that shaped who we are.
Marcus Gildraven and Sofia Quintar met during a competition redesign for a heritage building in Old Montreal. They didn't win, but they realized they worked really well together - different approaches, same standards.
Started with a small office space, two drafting tables, and way too much coffee. Our first project was a residential renovation in Rosedale - the client took a chance on us, and we made sure it counted.
Completed the Broadview Community Centre - it was our first really public project. That's when we figured out what we actually stood for: buildings that work for people, not the other way around.
Launched our sustainable building division. Not as a marketing thing - we genuinely started caring more about what happens after the ribbon cutting. Now every project gets evaluated for long-term environmental impact.
We've grown to a team of 18, moved to University Avenue, and worked on over 200 projects. Still feel like we're figuring things out - but that's probably a good thing. Keeps us humble and hungry.
The two people who started this whole thing - and still show up every day.
Co-Founder & Principal Architect
Marcus came from a construction family - his dad was a contractor, so he grew up understanding how buildings actually get built. That practical streak shows up in everything he designs. He's obsessed with details that most people never notice but everyone experiences.
"I think about the person who's gonna live or work in a space for 20 years. What'll make their day a little better? That's the stuff that matters."
Co-Founder & Design Director
Sofia's the conceptual one - she sees possibilities where others see constraints. Studied urban planning before switching to architecture, which gave her this bigger-picture view of how buildings fit into neighborhoods and cities. She pushes every project to be more than just functional.
"Buildings shape communities. If we're gonna do this, let's make sure we're adding something good to the world."
Buildings exist for the humans using them. Sounds obvious, but you'd be surprised how often that gets forgotten. We don't do ego projects.
Every site has a story - the neighborhood, the history, the people around it. Our job is to respect that while adding something new and worthwhile.
We design for the long haul - environmentally, structurally, aesthetically. Trends come and go. Good architecture sticks around.
Whether you've got blueprints or just a rough idea, we'd love to talk. No pressure, no sales pitch - just a conversation about what's possible.
